Feedback Guide

Learn how to submit effective feedback and use all the features of our feedback system.

Submitting Feedback

To submit feedback, click the "Submit Feedback" button on the Feedback page. You'll be asked to provide:

  • Title: A brief, descriptive summary of your feedback
  • Description: Detailed explanation of your idea, issue, or question
  • Type: What kind of feedback this is (see below)
  • Importance: How critical is this issue
  • Category: Which area of the game/event this relates to
  • Image (optional): Attach screenshots to illustrate your point

Feedback Types

Choose the type that best describes your feedback:

Feature Request

Suggest new features, events, or capabilities. Use this when you want something new added to the game or event system that doesn't currently exist.

Example: "Add a user note system"

Bug Report

Report issues, glitches, or things not working correctly. Something that should work but doesn't, or behaves unexpectedly.

Example: "Can't host or join events"

Improvement

Suggest enhancements to existing features. Something works, but could be better, faster, or more user-friendly.

Example: "Make event signup notifications more visible"

Question

Ask questions about events, rules, or how things work. Use this when you need clarification or don't understand something.

Example: "Why do are event start times earlier than actual event times when I add them to calendar?"

Categories

Categories help organize feedback by area. Select the category that best matches what your feedback is about:

  • Integrations: Add to Calendar system, external tools
  • Mobile: Mobile experience issues
  • Performance: Speed, lag, optimization
  • UI/UX: Visual design, usability

If none of the categories apply, you can select "None".

Importance Levels

Indicate how urgent or critical your feedback is. Please use higher levels responsibly - overusing "Critical" for non-critical issues makes it harder to prioritize real emergencies.

Normal

Standard feedback, suggestions, and minor issues. Most feedback should be at this level.

✓ Default for most submissions

Important

Significant issues that affect gameplay or user experience for multiple people. Use for problems that make events noticeably worse but don't completely break them.

Use when: A feature is broken for many users, scoring has issues, or something significantly impacts event fairness.

Critical

Game-breaking bugs or urgent issues only. Events completely non-functional, data loss, security concerns, or things preventing anyone from participating.

⚠️ Please reserve "Critical" for genuine emergencies. Misusing this level may result in your feedback being re-categorized.

Voting System

See feedback you agree with? Vote for it! Voting helps us understand what the community wants most. Higher vote counts help prioritize which features and fixes to work on first.

  • • Click the upvote button on any feedback to show your support
  • • You can vote on as many posts as you like
  • • Click again to remove your vote if you change your mind
  • • Posts with more votes are more likely to be prioritized

Comments & Image Attachments

You can add comments to any feedback post to provide additional context, share your experience, or discuss solutions.

Attaching Images to Comments

If you're experiencing the same issue as someone else, you can attach images to your comments to show the problem from your perspective. This is especially helpful for:

  • • Showing the same bug happening in different situations
  • • Providing additional screenshots of UI issues
  • • Demonstrating that an issue affects multiple users

Note: Comment images are reviewed by an admin before being visible to ensure appropriate content. This usually happens within a few hours.

Roadmap

Check the Roadmap to see what we're working on and what's planned:

  • Suggested: Community ideas being collected
  • Under Review: Being evaluated
  • Planned: Scheduled for implementation
  • In Testing: Being tested
  • Live: Active in events now

Official Responses

Look for comments marked with the Official badge - these are official responses from event administrators and have priority information about your feedback.

💡 Tips for Great Feedback

  • Be specific - Include details about what, when, and how
  • Include screenshots - A picture is worth a thousand words
  • Search first - Check if someone already reported the same issue
  • Vote on existing posts - Rather than creating duplicates
  • Don't mark everything as Critical - Reserve it for real emergencies
